“I really enjoyed my experience with Lavista Animal Hospital. My dog needed her nails trimmed and I had called several other places all saying they are not taking new patients. I was getting frustrated and tried Lavista and to my surprise they told me to come down anytime. So we went down there and they have carside service so it’s very easy. I asked if I should come back in a few hours or do they need longer and he told me nope..just give them 10 mins and will call me. Sure enough the doctor called me with not only a question but he preferred an initial physical exam and let me know he thought her bald spots might be a thryoid issue (no other vet suggested this) and let me know they can confirm with blood test. Plus they cut her nails and have shots. About 5 mins later they came back out with her ready to go home.
Not a single thing to complain about or even suggest to improve. They not only are professional but also know how to keep it with a personal twist. The doctor provide awesome info and was great answering questions. This is definitely going to be our new animal hospital.”
